I didn’t start my career in a classroom; I started it in the high-stakes world of banking and executive leadership. With more than 35 years of experience managing complex risk portfolios and leading corporate turnarounds, I began to notice a recurring pattern: small and mid-sized businesses were failing not because their ideas were bad, but because their financial foundations were fragile.
That’s why I founded Red Shark Solutions - to bridge that gap by bringing institutional-grade financial discipline to the business world.

When I’m not diagnosing business risks, I’m traveling and working with a smile on my face. I enjoy traveling solo and seeing the United States and other parts of the world to experience intimate culture and learn things I don't know. I love to sail boats, ski, and play golf. I have always worked hard and part of that for me is self education. I read about economics, business and world events so I can apply it where it matters most- my clients. And finally, I educate myself by staying involved with non-profits that I can serve but also get value out of. Time is a finite commodity and we need to use it prudently. In addition to my work life, I have two beautiful grown children that are employed in the public sector and private business.
